Agency principal Karen S. Seidenstricker graduated from West York High School in York, PA. She has earned a master's degree (MBA) from York College of Pennsylvania in Management and a B.S. degree from Penn State University in Finance. She is both a Property and Casualty Claims Law Associate (PCLA, CCLA). Karen is currently licensed in property & casualty, life, health, and fixed annuities.

Karen has 9 years of experience in the insurance industry and 7 years of management experience. Her previous experience as a claims representative, auto and home field adjuster, and subrogation representative give her the unique ability to analyze the insurance needs of her clients and tailor the insurance products available to suit those needs.

Karen is a member of the Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce and an avid supporter of the local schools’ and communities’ activities.
